Open Post: Malik Yoba Says His Three Kids Are Getting ‘Foul Messages’

Malik Yoba’s three children are being harassed after his shocking confession that he is attracted to male-to-female (MtF) transgenders.

Malik, 51, confessed he is a “trans attracted” man in a lengthy post on his Instagram account last week.

Malik returned to Instagram on Labor Day to thank his followers for their positive messages and words of encouragement.

“I yearn to say appreciate you all. All the good folks who’ve reached out in the last 24 hours,” he said in a video. “Seeing my name, talking about ‘trans attraction: Malik Yoba.’ So, here’s the thing. We’re human beings, and we’re all part of the manual body, and so, unfortunately, part of our mechanism is that we want to judge and characterize and ostracize and vilify and demonize the things we don’t understand.”

While the majority of his followers contain been positive, the actor said his three children are receiving “foul messages” on social media ever since his revelation.

I wanted to BE Coco. Never Doris Schwartz, the white jewish girl, or Julie Miller, but Coco Hernandez. Go figure. I nearly shat myself when my mother told me that the school the Fame kids went to was a real school, only a train ride away in Manhattan.

It's not that I had all the record albums. It's that I had every unattached song memorized. Thanks to Netflix, this weekend I watched the first ten episodes of the first season of the present. Turns out I still own all the songs memorized, from Desdemona to High Fidelity.
